On December 28, 2014 I ordered a prescription refill from CVS Caremark mail order pharmacy and received an email from them confirming the order. I was covered by Medicare Part D prescription insurance until 12/31/14.

When I did not receive the medicine by 1/7/15, 11 days later, I called to inquire about its status and I was told that they do not have any information about this medicine and claimed that I must have cancelled it then hung up the phone on me.

Of course when they knew that my coverage ended on 12/31/14 they elected to cancel this order, even though I was covered at the time I placed it.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
