I have contacted CVS Caremark's specialty pharmacy multiple times a week. Each time I am provided a different excuse for why my daughter's medication has not been filled/ approved.

It was prescribed back in November. They have attempted to cancel the case for lack of info 3 times, despite being provided the info. The first time it was "cancelled" was without any notification or request for more information. My doctor's office has responded to each request for more information, and has faxed and called repeatedly.

Each time I have called this week, I have spoken to a case resolution specialist. If I mention the name of another person in the office that I have spoken with, twice I have been told that they "don't know who that person is," despite having casenotes on the situation.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

CVS Caremark Cons: Poor business practices.
