I just found the site. I read a few of the complaints related to CVS Caremark.

They ALL happened to me. This company has not gotten one thing right. I take four meds. I have received two of the scripts (90 day) supplies 2 weeks apart.

Charged me double of course. In April,another script, the wrong brand(BOTTOM OF THE BARREL KIND) That makes me wheeze and does not work. Doctor had specified a brand on the script. I have called a least once a week and recently, several days in sucession.

I was told it was all taken care of every time. NOT!!! Promises were made. None of them kept.

I feel I have been lied to from the very begining. Their customer service operation is either very under trained or out and out lying. This company is playing with our lives and they cannot be allowed to keep this up. They need to fix it or be totally shut down.

I would e-mail this to them but my ID on their web site does not work and they told me they don't know how to fix it!! God help us all. I feel so powerless. We can not go any where else.

Next stop Medicare!!!
