CVS Tremont st Boston, MA 02118 6**-**7-542-**** female head pharmacist not following up, aggressive verbally, dishonest, yelling, remarks regarding my Doctor's incompetence. My last phone call i was treated rudely.

I've been back and forth with them and my dr since dec 4 2014. Dr says refills called in; CVS says they've received nothing and my doctor office is lying and accused me that I was trying to force them to break the law by filling scripts illegally. Very upsetting. I thought CAREMark meant CARE.

My refill reminders are also going to a phone number other than mine as well as phone calls regarding sensitive prescription information directly to this person who is not me. They said the number wasn't anywhere in their system, and insinuated that I was lying. That was embarrassing to say the lease but most importantly is that my Rx Legally PRIVATE information is shared with someone other than me without my consent or approval. Please I need some assistance; I don't know what to do at this point.

I was under the impression that I am supposed to be getting CARING, personalized, quality, non discriminatory service. My Rx's are exact to the day every 30 days, and it's so reckless not to help someone even go above and beyond to do the services promised.

You had EXACTLY the same experience that I did. NEVER have I received SO much incorrect information.

NEVER have I been treated so poorly. Their incompetence is astounding. I was also treated as a liar, and was reduced to tears on more than one occasion due to absolute astonishment and frustration. My doctors and surgeons were blown away by how bad and impossibly incorrect they are.

I also have NO IDEA how the people that work there have been hired. The incompetence and lack of care is unreal. I am a very happy, easy going person.

I never leave reviews, or call and complain about things, but this company is so incredibly bad that I have done both. It has been an absolute NIGHTMARE dealing with CVS caremark.

I call bs on this because if you were worried about your personal info getting out you wouldn't put your first and last name up here with your phone number and email.
