Cvs Caremark Prescription Refill Review

I can't believe the run around i am going through!! Since January and it is March 29th right now..My doctor sent in authorizations 4 times and they claim the never received it.. No body knows what they are talking about and I keep getting pushed around to other departments. I am beyond livid right now. Never in my life have I ever been treated like this.

I couldn't believe that there could be any service worse than express scripts but you they have managed to do just that. Almost 2 weeks to get a simple prescription filled and multiple phone calls and ridiculous wait times only made the experience worse. No answers ....

Cvs Caremark Pharmacist Review

The technicians and pharmacist act like they're doctors. Just fill the scripts or go to medical school. I have to argue with them about getting my meds everytume it's time to refill. They are rude and think they know everything and when wrong do not apologize. I'm fed up and will be transferring all of my scripts elsewhere.

Cvs Caremark - Don't know how to count but can multiply

I am an 82 year old retired man who is suffering from COPD and in need of medication. I have been waiting to have an explanation for my shortage of inhalation suspension 0.5 mg/2mL vials. I was suppose to get 60 vials they gave me 30 and after a nasty phone conversation with the pharmacy. They said to multiply 0.5mg x 2 ml to get the 60. Come on give me a break' Sense when do you have to multiply numbers on a box to get a quantity. have to sign off I'm gasping for air.
