CVS Caremark - Mail in prescription not received. Still Charged $470!
I ordered an Epipen 2pk 0.3 MG Kit expected delivery 4/11/16
Medication was not delivered to my home c.
Called 4/23/16, spoke with manager and she advised that Caremark was not responsible for lost shipments. She refused to send me another shipment without charging an additional $470. Caremark refused to provide me with a tracking number from UPS and refused to initiate a lost shipment request...not Caremark's policy.
I contacted the credit card company and they reversed the charges after I explained the issue. NOW...Caremark has posted $470 as "account due" and will not ship any other mail order unless I pay the $470 account due. This is the only mail service that my United Health Care plan allows for. To add insult, Caremark sent a collection invoice and indicates that they are turning it over to collections after 120 days. I asked that future orders over $100 be sent for signature upon delivery. Caremark says that is not their policy...pay up or we cut you off on mail in prescriptions. What a terrible policy and very poor customer service.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
CVS Caremark Cons: I would like a refund of 470 dollars, Unable to save this comment on line and proceed.
