The customer service agent who took my refill order made mistakes repeatedly and got upset with me for HIS mistakes. He started giving me attitudes over the phone, kept me on hold for no apparent reason, and then abruptly hang up on me when I asked a question that he could not answer. I wrote to CVS about this unprofessional agent of theirs and suggest that they improve their employee training specifically on problem solving and customer service common sense. This is their reply to my complaint ---- Enough said!
