The importance of the member/patient is unimportant to Caremark/cvs. The company takes its time with a person’s medical needs because the company only cares about the money it makes.

What a horrible company that is tending to a persons health care and health needs. I have had coverage with three other companies. The other companies response time and service were superior. This Caremark benefit management company is pathetic.

I cannot believe how unsatisfactory the experience of dealing with Caremark/cvs has been.

If only employers knew what a lousy company Caremark/cvs really is. It would be spectacular if the company I work for could be released from any contract with Caremark/cvs.

Oh Please the company is horrible especially the specialty pharmacy area. I work for a provider and have to constantly call them for not getting our patients medication sent .

One department has no idea what the other one is doing and most of the Auth areas are totally incompetent.

Run for the hills everyone and report them to your insurance plan. Speak with your employer they are the ones to get them straightened out or with any luck change your plan..

Complain to your company. They are the ones who picked the insurance plan.

By the way, you gave no specifics on how and why Caremark/CVS is deficient. Generalities mean nothing.
