Original meds shipped and billed 9/27/2016. Drugs picked up at post office on 10/3/2016.

Drugs are in envelope but not in pill bottle. They are loose in envelope. We call and report them damaged. They send out envelope for us to return damaged pills.

Can't ship replacement pills till damaged ones can be tracked in mail system. I call repeatedly and they call me and resolve nothing. Now they say they can not ship without new script. Envelope sent to drs office to get script to cvs (narcotic requires paper script).

Drs office sends out new script in trackable envelope. I confirm that script has been sent to cvs while cvs/caremark and drs office on phone at same time. Ok we will get it shipped out overnited(this is Friday 10/14/2016 before1PM). It is now Monday 10/17/2016 and no pills in mail.

If overnighted pills should have been here Saturday 10/15/2016. I call around 8PM on Monday 10/17/2016 only to learn that the pills have still not gone out because their accounting team can't figure out how to process this replacement shipment (date is after coverage expired). The reason being that my contract with them for coverage expired 9/30/2016. However the original drugs were before the 9/30/2016 date.

I have spent countless hours fighting on phone with them They try to always put the blame on anyone but their incompetent staff and I have talked my way thru many layers of staff and no one seems any better than the bottom tier of staff. Not to mention the staff putting false notes in your records like we have been trying to contact to you when I just spoke with them in Friday 10/14/2016 and it is only Monday 10/17/2016. The ADA should have them banned from being in the online pharmacy business. All the while they have had my almost $700 for 30 days and no solution as to how to get my pills reshipped out to me.

My son needed these pills 3 weeks ago when they originally arrived. Narcotics can not be ordered far in advance as drs will not write the script.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
