Every time my refill is renewed, this issue happens over & over. I've been calling them since last week about my order on hold waiting for doctor's response.

They sent fax request to my doctor even though i told them numerous times the time-frame & days that my doctor can received fax. And even they know that their fax was not transmitted, they sit down & wait and wait for you to call. Then they insist to call the doctor, but the doctor should receive their fax request first to send back to them. They refused to call the doctor and many times refused to resend the fax.

They don't care if you're running out of medication. Worse customer support, very very bad service. My insurance picked them for some reason. *Update-after 6 days of calling back & forth(and frustrations), my doctor finally received CVS' fax request.

I hope this will go well. I will try to find another pharmacy next time.
